Nothing but a golden opportunity for this young AOR band that is increasingly
attracting more and more fans both in and out of Spain. The context was ideal
for the recording of a live concert that will serve as fresh material for their
upcoming DVD.
So the band stepped in with strength and offered a magic night. Patricia´s
spectacular voice filled the air at the venue and attendants were astonished
as Bernardo performed his power chords. Oscar and José took care of the rhythmic
parts while Benjamín, the band’s most recent member, added the orchestration
with his keyboard. This concert’s most melodic band, despite having only two
cd’s out in the market, showed an unmatched professionalism, both in their melodic
ballads and more powerful songs.
Their set list included the most highlighted songs from both of their albums.
Starting out wild with «Critical», party-wise «Good time comes», «Guilding star»;
a marvellous semi-ballad, «Arches of faith» and following up with an Allan Parson
cover, «Eye in the sky». Another wonderful song called «Control in my life»
froze time for a short while until «Hey father» dispelled the enchantment and
we started rocking hard again. There wasn’t time left for much more, so the
concert ended with «Far Away» and «Remember».
We highlight the excellent teamwork shown by the band, especially by Bernardo
and Patricia, whose voices seemed to melt as one at times. We know these guys
will get far and we are proud of having attended such an important moment in
their career as this concert. Congratulations, and good luck.

From the cold Sweden comes the hard rock band Tret. A myth for many people
but that in 1993 decided to split up. More than a decade after they have decided
return to the european hard rock scene and we had the oportunity to see them
in Rock City playing in the second place.
The lineup still rockin’ so hard, they are in his natural place, the place
they occuped some years ago. We can enjoy with some of the most popular songs:
«Love Stroke», «Soul Survivor», «Get you on the run» or the balad «World of
Promises», the last song of the show. They mixed with some new tracks like «I
Burn for You» for example. We remember they have released recently a CD compilation
with some new tracks, fact that have put back this great band to the rock world.
Ernlund enjoyed singing really good with no voice problems, all was perfect
for him that special night. Wkström was so good too at the lead guitar, as Borges
at the bass guitar and Appelgren hipnotizing us at the keyboards. The new bandmate,
Nalle Palsson, finally was a good incorporation at drums. The people reaction
was incredible. Certainly all the festival bands were safe success but we did
not hope that the place began to fill afternoon until more outpost.
But Treat attracted many people that demostrated the scandinavian band still
being a reclaim for the festivals. We hope to see them playing in his inminent
tour in Spain. Good luck Treat!
